When you choose Stamford Labor and Delivery for your birth, your care will start right from the first trimester. The center has several providers, enabling you to find the OB-GYN who perfectly matches your style! As you near your due date, the providers will work with you to craft your birth plan and suggest classes that will ensure you feel ready for your delivery.
Once your labor begins, you will be admitted to one of their spacious yet comfortable rooms. You will have a comfortable and adjustable bed for your labor, while your support person will have a pull-out chair so they never have to leave your side. They are also continuously looking for ways to improve your experience. As of 2025, the center is undergoing renovations to accommodate alternative pain management options such as whirlpools.
You will have the very best providers by your side, making sure your voice is prioritized over all else. Then, once your baby arrives, you’ll be treated to a celebration meal! During your stay, the center will have several experts come through and ensure you feel prepared for the transition once it’s time to go home.
